You'll work with spreadsheets, databases, reports, and business information while collaborating with different teams to help identify trends, improve processes, and support better business decisions., * High school diploma or equivalent.

 * Basic Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet knowledge.
 * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 * Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
 * Reliable, professional, and able to meet deadlines., * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
 * Experience with Excel formulas, PivotTables, or data visualization.
 * Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
 * Previous internship, administrative, customer service, finance, or data-entry experience.

## Description

* Collect, organize, and maintain business data from multiple sources.
 * Enter, verify, and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
 * Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
 * Prepare recurring reports, summaries, and dashboards.
 * Use Microsoft Excel and other business tools to organize and analyze information.
 * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
 * Assist with data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
 * Support forecasting, reporting, and business-performance projects.
 * Work with internal teams to understand reporting requirements.
 * Present findings and observations in clear, easy-to-understand formats.
 * Maintain confidentiality when handling company and customer information.
 * Assist with other analytical and administrative projects as assigned., Your training may include:
