Experience in technical support, software or SaaS support, ticketing systems, remote troubleshooting, or document and workflow technology is helpful, but it is not a rigid requirement. We care more about how you think, communicate, and learn than a particular degree or résumé path. ## Description At Ademero, support is part detective work, part customer communication, and part product improvement. You will work closely with customers, product, and engineering to understand what happened, help the customer move forward, and make the next experience better. Here's the deal * Access to the latest AI tech, plus the time to experiment with it. * Fully remote. Work from anywhere. * Low-BS culture: minimal meetings, no micromanagement, no politics. * Real ownership of challenging, high-impact work. * Modern technology and tools that keep your skills sharp. * A culture of learning, sharing, and staying ahead together. What You'll Do Most issues do not arrive neatly packaged. A big part of this job is turning an unclear problem into a clear next step for the customer and the team. * Work directly with customers by phone, email, and remote session to understand what they are seeing and help them move forward. * Ask thoughtful questions and gather the details, screenshots, logs, and context needed to understand an issue. * Reproduce software issues and troubleshoot them step by step so the team can act on what you find. * Keep customers updated in a clear, reassuring way while an investigation is moving forward, especially when resolution takes time. * Coordinate with product and engineering when an issue needs deeper investigation. * Turn what you learn into a clear internal report with useful steps, evidence, and customer context. * Notice recurring questions and friction, then share practical ideas for improving the product, documentation, or support process. * Document solutions and build knowledge that helps the whole team respond faster. ## Related Videos - [Recruiting in 2025: Will AI Help or Take Over?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1301-recruiting-in-2025-will-ai-help-or-take-over) - [The Avengers Initiative (Practical Ethics for Software Engineers)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2070-the-avengers-initiative-practical-ethics-for-software-engineers) - [Beyond the Hype: Building Trustworthy and Reliable LLM Applications with Guardrails](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1594-beyond-the-hype-building-trustworthy-and-reliable-llm-applications-with-guardrails) - [Agentic employees in world's most downloaded FinTech app](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100123-agentic-employees-in-world-s-most-downloaded-fintech-app) - [Official Opening of WeAreDevelopers World Congress 2026](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100000-official-opening-of-wearedevelopers-world-congress-2026) - [Your Docs Are Now AI Infrastructure (Treat Them Like It)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100284-your-docs-are-now-ai-infrastructure-treat-them-like-it) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [How to Answer the Interview Question: “Why Do You Want to Be a Software Engineer?”](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/392-how-to-answer-the-interview-question-why-do-you-want-to-be-a-software-engineer) - [Coffee with Developers - Maria Apazoglou - Making AI understandable for all in production](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/475-coffee-with-developers-maria-apazoglou-making-ai-understandable-for-all-in-production) - [Résumé-Driven Development: How IT trends affect the job market for software developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/59-resume-driven-development-how-it-trends-affect-the-job-market-for-software-developers) - [Tips on mastering remote job interviews](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/23-tips-on-mastering-remote-job-interviews) - [Mastering Remote Work: Tips for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/558-mastering-remote-work-tips-for-developers)
