## About the Role

* Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two (2) year college or technical school; or five (5) to ten (10) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
 * Knowledge of Imaging Software, Ticketing Systems (ConnectWise preferred), Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and O365 admin consoles.
 * Advanced Project Management skills are required. The ability to utilize resources to complete tasks preceded by a defined goal or objective on budget and on time.
 * Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
 * This position is subjected to The Villages Vehicle Safety Program and its policies as it required the use of personal vehicles for company business.
 * A valid Driver's License with a record acceptable to company standards is required for this position.

## Description

* Manage the Technology Support Team including consultation on performance evaluations, promotions, hiring and disciplinary actions.
 * Review, analyze and update technical support and customer service procedures and related systems.
 * Monitor activity and implement policies and procedures, regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected using ConnectWise.
 * Coordinate training requirements of Support Team.
 * Coordinate the selection and purchase of equipment and support materials.
 * Evaluate new information systems products or services and suggest changes to existing products or services to better aid the end user.
 * Facilitate internal and external customer meetings.
 * Assist with evaluation and procurement of third-party technology profession services, contracts, hardware, and software.
 * Oversee Adobe Licensing Portals across the organization.
 * All other duties as assigned.
