In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and techno-functional consultant, helping clients design, implement, and optimize end-to-end commerce solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), Power Platform, and Shopify. You will lead client workshops, define business processes, participate in solution architecture discussions, and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful transformation programs., Business Consulting & Solution Design * Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions. * Analyze current business processes and define future-state operating models. * Design end-to-end omnichannel commerce solutions across retail, eCommerce, customer engagement, order fulfillment, and financial operations. * Develop solution blueprints, process flows, functional design documents, and business requirements.
