This role is responsible for leading the team behind customer-facing experiences on Rivian's website, with a core focus on product stories, commerce flows, and overall UX strategy. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of product designers bringing our vehicles and services to life on a global platform. You'll oversee the web ecosystem and drive the strategy for the end-to-end user experience, from brand discovery through product comprehension to multi-step purchase processes. You will guide work across projects focused both on narrative storytelling as well as transactional checkout and purchase experiences, while aligning design strategy with overarching business goals. Scope includes Rivian.com and the Rivian Gear Shop.
