Preferred Skills and Experience * Ability to lead through a rapidly changing set of requirements and schedules. * Experience building and maintaining network, OS, printing, and application support in a small/medium sized business. * Experience designing and scaling IT infrastructure in a growing operational environment. * Experience managing or mentoring Systems Administrators or other IT professionals. * Experience automating repetitive tasks. * Comfortable with occasional physical work, including carrying servers and network equipment. * Familiarity with disk imaging and software deployment tools. * Strong working knowledge of common cloud services: O365, Gsuite. * Working knowledge of Active Directory and DNS management. * Strong networking and systems troubleshooting experience. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a practical solutions-based approach.
