## About the Role

* 8+ years in software development, including 4+ years hands-on AEM (6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service) building and supporting production sites
 * Deep AEM component development: Sling Models, OSGi services, HTL, editable templates, dispatcher and cache configuration
 * Strong core Java, with experience designing and consuming REST-based microservices
 * Hands-on AWS supporting AEM author/publish/dispatcher in the cloud, plus on-prem AEM experience
 * Front-end/full-stack depth: modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and at least one framework (React preferred)
 * Demonstrated technical leadership without a management title
 * Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

Nice to Have:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
 * Experience moving on-prem AEM workloads to AEM as a Cloud Service, * Adobe Experience Manager: 4 years (Required)
 * Java Development: 8 years (Required)
 * Microservices Development: 4 years (Required)
 * JavaScript: 2 years (Preferred)
