## Description

We're looking for a Technical Lead to help build a brand-new syndicated loan system from the ground up. You'll guide the technical direction across six Scrum teams using Scrum@Scale and Extreme Programming (XP). This role blends hands-on engineering, architecture, cross-team leadership, and strong partnership with business stakeholders.

 * Storage: PostgreSQL, Azure Blob Storage

 * Messaging: Azure Event Hubs (Kafka)

What You'll Do

 * Lead technical design and architecture for a greenfield, enterprise-scale platform.

 * Work hands-on with Java/Spring Boot and guide front-end and API integration.

 * Shape event-driven workflows using Azure Event Hubs.

 * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

 * Foster a strong engineering culture with XP practices (TDD, pair programming, CI/CD).

 * Build a trusted, transparent environment across six Scrum teams.

 * Mentor developers and reinforce best practices for quality, security, and reliability.
