* 3+ years of sales experience

 * Must obtain an Arizona Manufactured Home Sales License within 90 days (or already licensed), * Background check and drug test required

 * Willingness to work on-site and interact directly with clients and team members

What You'll Do:

 * Assist buyers and sellers with home listings and purchases within our communities
 * Showcase homes and communicate the value and lifestyle of Cobblestone living
 * Upload and manage marketing materials including property photos and flyers
 * Host open houses and community events to generate leads and build relationships
 * Draft contracts and listing agreements
 * Maintain accurate prospect tracking and follow-ups in our CRM system
 * Collaborate with the Community Manager and Regional Leadership on strategic sales and marketing plans
 * Attend regular team meetings to discuss performance and improvement opportunities
 * Participate in regional and community engagement events
 * Inspect inventory, report maintenance needs, and ensure outstanding customer experience
