Education and/or Experience Requirements * Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role. * Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management. * Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery. * Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows Server, Linux/Unix, etc.). * Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * A minimum of [5 years] experience in system and network administration. * Certifications like MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or similar are a plus.
