This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project coordination, business analysis, implementation, or PMO experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment., * 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, business analysis, implementation, PMO, or related roles

 * Experience managing timelines, action items, and project documentation
 * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
 * Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
 * Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, * Experience working in Agile environments
 * Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
 * Experience supporting technology implementations, pilot programs, or product launches
 * Exposure to requirements gathering, process mapping, or user story creation

## Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology and operational initiatives across multiple pilot locations. This role will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Customer Support, and regional teams to ensure projects remain on track, stakeholders stay aligned, and deployments are executed successfully., Project Coordination

 * Assist with end-to-end coordination of projects and pilot deployments across multiple regions
 * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risk logs, and action trackers
 * Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
 * Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
 * Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans

Launch & Deployment Support

 * Support launch readiness activities and deployment planning
 * Coordinate training, documentation, checklists, and operational readiness activities
 * Assist with pilot execution, validation efforts, and production readiness reviews
 * Work with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption

Requirements & Stakeholder Management

 * Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders
 * Document user stories, business processes, functional requirements, and process flows
 * Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions
 * Maintain clear communication between business and technical teams
 * Ensure project objectives and stakeholder expectations remain aligned
