* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
 * 5+ years experience with Ruby on Rails in a production environment
 * Experience designing and evolving data models
 * Experience writing, profiling, and optimizing SQL queries
 * 3+ years experience with JavaScript and front-end frameworks, e.g. React
 * Experience with PostgreSQL in a production environment
 * Authorization to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

 * BS degree in Computer Science or a similar field of study
 * DevOps experience, particularly Kubernetes, Helm, and related technologies
