The position operates within a sustainable brokered services model that leverages enterprise vendor providers, internal resources, and management engagement to support evolving delivery, capacity, and scalability requirements across the statewide Client environment., * Assume full lifecycle project management responsibility for multiple concurrent enterprise technology projects and initiatives supporting the statewide education environment. * Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, communication strategies, and risk management approaches. * Perform analysis of needs, prioritizing project activities and aligning resources to maximize value and impact. * Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and budget tracking across multiple initiatives. * Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting of project status, deliverables, risks, and financial performance. * Develop, maintain, and manage documentation repositories and process materials using SharePoint Online and Microsoft collaboration tools. * Participate in cross-office collaboration, knowledge sharing, mentorship, and project community activities. * Prepare proposals and recommendations for new enterprise technology solutions and optimization opportunities. * Track and report project time and activities accurately and consistently. * Provide periodic on-call support outside normal business hours as required to ensure continuity of projects, systems, and time-sensitive deliverables.
