Work experience may be considered as substitute for degree * Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing., * Experience in healthcare, business or operation setting or functional and/or systems analysis and reporting experience. * Ability to work independently and within a team environment to plan and accomplish tasks and meet deadlines. * Knowledge and skills necessary to provide support for systems/applications. * Must demonstrate knowledge of health care operations and the application of information technology to aid and improve health care functions. Physical Requirements * Primarily works the day shift tour of duty; may be asked to work additional hours as needed, including weekends. * Will be required to take rotating call to support the applications * May be expected to lift over twenty-five (25) pounds. * Ability to distinguish between numbers and symbols. * Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity with substantial movement of wrist and/or fingers.
