This position is nonpartisan in nature and requires the ability to work with neutrality in a politically charged environment., * Knowledge of C#, VB.NET, .NET Standard, .NET Core, SQL, database technology, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Knowledge of ASP.NET, frontend web frameworks (Angular), Nx, SQL Server, and Git. * Ability and desire to learn a wide range of tools and frameworks within the software development discipline. * Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing work environment and adapt development practices to meet the agency's needs, as well as willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities for extended periods of time during emergencies. * Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Minimum Requirements EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Knowledge base generally acquired from a college degree or equivalent training.
