## About the Role

The ideal candidate is a current or recent graduate student in Disability Studies, Performance Studies, or Programming/Marketing with an emphasis on Accessibility, and brings a strong understanding of live audio description for performances and/or assistive technology for digital navigation used by people who are blind or have low vision. Candidates with personal or professional experience with disability are strongly preferred.

## Description

* Preparing for and welcoming guests who are blind or have low vision to Lincoln Center
 * Designing and analyzing feedback from stakeholders in audio description, including access workers, artists and audience members.
 * Conduct user testing digital accessibility through manual and automated tests. Provide recommendations to Digital team for improvements.
 * Supporting staffing, registration and correspondence with program participants for access programs
 * Providing administrative departmental support through phone, email and in person at events

This Fellow will be required to work flexible hours, including weekdays, nights, and weekends
