* Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
 * Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
 * Utilize CAM programming to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
 * Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers and CMMs.
 * Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
 * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and enhance production workflows.
