## Description

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist to craft compelling content, manage our social channels, build an active community, and analyze performance to refine our overall digital strategy.

As a Social Media Specialist, You Will…

 * Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
 * Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.).
 * Plan and schedule posts for various platforms.
 * Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
 * Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
 * Engage with followers and build relationships.
 * Moderate user-generated content.
 * Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages.
 * Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
 * Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
 * Analyze social media data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
 * Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
 * Track the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
