## About the Role

* High School Degree required.
 * Two years course work in computer science preferred.

Experience:

 * One-year computer related experience required with technical proficiency in troubleshooting, maintaining, and administering personal computer hardware, software, and networked systems.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft software to include but not limited to MS Operating Systems and MS Office highly preferred.
 * Active Directory experienced preferred.

Other Requirements:

 * Must be bondable.
 * Must be flexible self motivated and able to work unusual/variable hours and schedules including but not limited to evenings, weekends, etc.
 * Must be accurate, dependable and reliable.
 * Excellent communication, innovative thinking, problem solving and multi-tasking skills preferred. Support experience preferred.
 * Certification preferred.

## Description

Purpose of Position: Provide end-users with general technical support. Perform tasks as required in daily computer operations as scheduled. Support other areas of the IS department with installations and upgrades as required.
