* 5+ years of infrastructure support experience.
 * Strong experience with infrastructure monitoring and management.
 * Experience with Event, Incident, and Change Management.
 * Knowledge of infrastructure and application domains.
 * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
 * Experience working in collaborative team environments.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Flexible to support on-call/24x7 operations.

## Description

Responsible for monitoring, managing, reporting, collaborating, and triaging IT infrastructure changes within established processes. Provides infrastructure support, resolves low-complexity issues, and supports infrastructure and application environments., * Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, events, incidents, and changes.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues using information analysis.
 * Support infrastructure technology across a diverse business environment.
 * Identify and implement infrastructure components with guidance.
 * Collaborate with technical teams and business partners.
 * Maintain reporting and documentation related to infrastructure operations.
 * Participate in 24x7/on-call rotations as required.
