## About the Role

Our client, a 150+ bed hospital in beautiful, sunny Northwestern AZ has an opening for a Market Director of IT&S to join their team. Candidates MUST have at least 3 years of healthcare and multi-site environments to be considered., * Demonstrated ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field required, or 7+ years of direct experience
 * At least 3 years in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments

Preferred:

 * Demonstrated experience with hospital IT operations, EHR systems, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management.
 * Experience with multi-site hospital IT operations preferred.
 * Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in healthcare IT.
 * Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and IT staff development.

## Description

* Provides strategic leadership and oversight for Information Technology & Services (IT&S) across the assigned market.
 * Aligns market IT operations with enterprise strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
 * Ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that support clinical, operational, and business objectives across multiple facilities.
 * Partners with system IT leadership, market/facility executives, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, performance improvement, and data-informed decision-making.
