This role focuses on hardware/software break-fix support, end-user assistance, asset management, ServiceNow ticket resolution, conference room support, and smart hands support for server/network teams. The position also involves organizing projects in Jira, coordinating Scrum activities, and communicating effectively with factory leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction.
