Licenses and Certifications * CompTIA A+ Certification Preferred and * Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) PreferredEmployee's identified as "high frequency" drivers will be required to undergo a successful motor vehicle record (MVR) check and meet requirements of the policy. Required ## Description Install/upgrade hardware and software on portables, desktops, computer wall mounts, computer carts on Windows 10 systems. Diagnose and remedy problems with all types of PC's and peripherals. Responds to service calls that have been relayed by the Helpdesk.
