## About the Role

This position is for an entry-level Integrated Product Support (IPS) professional. This person will work under moderate supervision establishing and executing business plans, Earned Value calculations and data deliverables for Program Management along with a senior-level Peers. Candidate should be customer-focused, able to learn new tasks quickly, and able to solve problems with guidance., * Bachelor's degree in Business Management, MIS, or a related field

 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

*Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

## Description

* Collects data for and supports analysis of program metrics and status to develop business plans and proposals.
 * Participates in the collection of information to help develop accurate program estimates to monitor EV performance.
 * Mentors with senior Integrated Product Support Manager to gain better understanding of role.
 * Works with analyst to understand data and analysis provided to program.
 * Maintains a high-level of organization, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets deadlines with supervision.
 * Communicate with peers and internal customers to drive results.

What You Will Learn:

 * Learns the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support.
 * Gains understanding of Collins Management System (CMS).
