This role reports to the CTO and partners with Program Management, Product Managers, third-party development firms, DBAs, platform/system administrators, and L&D. This person will help define technical direction, oversee the delivery of software components built by third-party development partners, and selectively build or enhance application and backend components where needed. The role also includes AWS solution architecture, enterprise systems integration, data ecosystem design, quality and release participation, and helping establish new agentic workflow capabilities.
