Business Intelligence & Analytics * Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable reporting, dashboards, and visualization solutions. * Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, operational gaps, and process improvement initiatives. * Develop dashboards and reports utilizing Google Docs, BigQuery, Spanner, Looker, and other reporting tools. * Create KPI reporting and performance metrics to measure EDI adoption, implementation effectiveness, chargeback automation, and operational efficiencies. * Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders. Process Optimization & Process Mining * Collaborate with process owners and technology stakeholders across multiple business functions to identify inefficiencies and improve process execution. * Utilize process mining tools to analyze process performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage and prioritize incoming requests for process mining enhancements and workflow optimization opportunities. * Develop process maps, workflow documentation, business requirements, and standard operating procedures. * Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, improve compliance controls, and enhance customer experience.
