Respond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 network and software support requests, as well as break/fix issues. * Architecture & Upgrades: Assist in designing, configuring, and deploying new or replacement network hardware, communications infrastructure, and campus network extensions. * Monitoring & Tuning: Monitor network utilization, availability, and traffic to proactively identify faults, perform capacity planning, and enhance overall performance. * Cybersecurity & Compliance: Assess existing network infrastructure against cybersecurity best practices. Assist in implementing security controls, threat hunting, and mitigation strategies. * Documentation & Inventory: Maintain up-to-date project, architecture, inventory, and change management documentation. * Field & User Support: Support field maintenance teams with communications implementation and troubleshooting.
