Experteer Overview In this role you will drive value delivery for customers by translating outcomes into actionable work, aligning cross-functional teams, and guiding projects from inception to completion. You'll partner with Software Engineering Managers to remove bottlenecks, manage the engineering backlog, and ensure deliverables align with business goals. You will translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and keep all parties informed with clear timelines and progress updates. This position emphasizes data-informed decisions, continuous learning, and an outcome-focused mindset within Sweetwater's Shared Services team.
