Preferred Skills: * Previous experience in a Service Provider or Software Development organization. * Experience with an on-premise datacenter environment. * Previous experience with writing policies and procedures. * Prior experience in technical operations in direct support of application delivery. * Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS commands/utilities (process, network, file systems, job control, etc). As a core requirement, you must implement and act in accordance with the organization's information security policies; protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference; execute security processes or activities; and report security events or potential events or other security risks to the appropriate parties within the organization. ## Description As the Manager of Systems Operations, you will be responsible for the delivery and availability of the WebMD Health Services SAAS platform that delivers content and services for the Health Services division of WebMD. This position is part of WebMD Health Services Operations team supporting a highly transactional, geographically distributed, Internet facing infrastructure.
