The role is based at our Sheffield or Wakefield datacentres and offers the flexibility to work from home for part of the week ## Description In this role you will be joining a team of technical professionals supporting a large-scale z/OS systems platform. This position requires an experienced systems programmer with at least 3 years of experience supporting the z/OS Mainframe Network environment. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining the integrity and data/IP security of the Mainframe's host communication subsystems and associated program products., * Being part of a multi-functional team, supporting IBM mainframe networks and transmissions products and infrastructure. * Participation in support rota providing 24x7 cover. * Perform TCPIP Port Reserves (Additions, Deletions, Changes) Perform VTAM updates (Additions, Deletions, Changes) * Manage OSA Adapters in a complex mainframe environment * Perform VTAM PU/LU updates (Additions, Deletions, Changes) including Enterprise Extenders (EE) * Implement AT-TLS rules (digital certificate management).
