## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI and GenAI, with strong hands-on modelling experience.
 * Masters or Ph.D. qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
 * Proven experience applying AI/ML or advanced analytics within Marketing or Sales functions; insurance or financial services experience is highly advantageous.
 * Hands-on experience with GenAI/ LLM technologies and cloud-based AI platforms such as Azure Databricks, AI Foundry, AI Search or Kubernetes.
 * Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical and scalable AI solutions.

## Description

* Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to identify high-value opportunities where AI, GenAI and advanced analytics can improve customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
 * Develop LLM and Agentic AI solutions, alongside traditional Machine Learning and advanced analytics models.
 * Translate complex business problems into production-ready AI solutions, working closely with architects, engineers and technology teams.
 * Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from use-case identification and modelling through deployment, testing, monitoring and optimisation.
 * Explore emerging AI technologies and identify new opportunities to enhance targeting, personalization, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
