This role is fully onsite and responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving IT systems that support both office users and plant-floor operations. The ideal candidate combines strong end-user support skills with solid infrastructure knowledge and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can work independently while partnering closely with plant operations and corporate IT. This role reports directly to the IT Manager.
