* Define the historical-data strategy for the SAP cloud transformation.
 * Lead SAP BW decommissioning/sunset planning.
 * Determine which historical datasets must be retained and how they will remain accessible.
 * Design retained-data reporting strategies.
 * Support reporting through SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
 * Define archive and historical-data access strategies.
 * Develop the roadmap for future SAP Datasphere capabilities.
 * Work with business and audit stakeholders to establish historical reporting requirements.
 * Define disposition strategies for large historical payroll datasets.
 * Assess whether payroll history should be:
 + Cloned
 + Archived
 + Retained in a reporting store
 * Design strategies for very large historical datasets, including 350M+ payroll-history rows.
 * Lead historical attachment/content migration strategy.
 * Coordinate migration of SAP GOS/ArchiveLink content to an enterprise document repository.
 * Support repository architecture and retention requirements.
 * Ensure historical data remains accessible for reporting, audit, compliance, and business needs.
