## Description

* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI agent and automation programs from inception through deployment.
 * Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
 * Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps.
 * Manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
 * Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and adoption of AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
 * Drive stakeholder alignment through regular communication, governance reviews, and executive reporting.
 * Monitor program performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes to ensure value realization.
 * Establish best practices for AI governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI usage.
 * Support change management activities, including user enablement, training, and adoption strategies.
 * Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes through AI and automation.
