Strong Unix/Shell Scripting (Bash/Korn/Python). Experience with vulnerability remediation and security hardening. Knowledge of AWS, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security controls. Experience with CI/CD tools, monitoring, and automation. Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. ## Description Must be onsite in Quincy, MA 4 days per week Long Term Contract Remediate security vulnerabilities identified under Project Aegis. Perform operating system upgrades, patching, and hardening of Unix/Linux environments. Analyze and resolve compliance findings related to cybersecurity controls. Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and operational efficiency. Support application teams during remediation, testing, and production deployments. Participate in decommissioning legacy infrastructure and reducing technology risk. Work with security, architecture, cloud, and infrastructure teams to achieve Aegis compliance targets. Document remediation activities, implementation procedures, and operational runbooks. Support production changes and emergency remediation activities when required.
