 * Investigates complex database issues, monitors system performance, oversees backup and recovery processes, and ensures high availability of SQL Server environments.
 * Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams on database design, standards, and best practices.
 * Acts as the primary escalation point for database-related incidents and performance challenges.
