## Description

Support and guide installation of robotic technologies at Amazon fulfillment centers. Develop detailed knowledge of the operation of robotic systems and guide installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of these systems both on site and remotely. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including third-party installers, contracted engineers, construction, hardware, software, and IT to ensure successful robotics deployments. Identify and solve problems independently during deployments while driving continuous improvement initiatives to prevent recurrences. Develop and modify process documentation for robotics systems, particularly when supporting new products in various phases of the lifecycle. Monitor robotics system performance and oversee critical deployment milestones including quality hand-off, live order testing, site acceptance testing, and operational readiness. The scopes vary significantly in length and include heavy travel to both live warehouses and new construction sites.
Generate and implement continuous improvement ideas around their work-scopes and lead teams of other engineers on projects.
