Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics and Recruitment Strategy, this position manages day-to-day CRM operations (Slate CRM and Ellucian Recruit CRM during transition), ensures data accuracy across recruitment systems, executes workflow and communication logic, and provides reporting and troubleshooting support for staff. The Analyst plays a key role in maintaining clean, reliable data; supporting recruitment and communication strategies; and ensuring that Admissions & Recruitment staff are able to use CRM tools effectively and efficiently. This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time. Candidates who already hold valid U.S. work authorization may be considered Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day CRM operations and workflow execution * Support daily operations within the CRM, including workflow execution, data imports, event setup, query management, and user task queues * Build, test, and maintain forms, automations, workflows, rules, and population logic as directed by the Director of Data Analytics and Recruitment Strategy * Update and maintain communication flows, including emails, text messages, and trigger logic * Troubleshoot CRM issues, respond to user requests, and ensure timely resolution of errors, duplicate records, and workflow interruptions * Assist with the configuration, testing, and rollout of new CRM features and enhancements.
