Preferred Experience * Experience with single-tenant architecture tradeoffs in a SaaS environment. * Familiarity with modern data stack technologies such as ClickHouse, Kafka, or Kubernetes for high-throughput data processing. * Prior experience in the MLOps or AI observability space, specifically supporting LLM application development workflows. * Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment during a period of rapid growth. You will own technical direction, delivery, and operational health for your team, partnering closely with Weave leadership and CoreWeave's Sales Organization to maintain a close feedback loop with customers.
