Preferred Skills/Experience: * Experience modernizing legacy business applications and monolithic systems. * Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud integration patterns. * Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and quality engineering frameworks. * Familiarity with digital platforms and enterprise modernization strategies. * Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and large-scale technology investments. * Exposure to healthcare, distribution, supply chain, or highly regulated industries. * Experience with AI-enabled software development tools, code generation, code review automation, or application modernization accelerators. * Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills. The role combines people leadership, technical strategy, modern software engineering practices, and platform modernization. The successful candidate will guide the evolution of legacy applications using modular RPG, API-driven architecture, automated testing, Agile methodologies, and emerging AI-enabled development practices.
