## About the Role

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area., * Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

 * 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware.
 * 5 years of experience managing technical, vendor, contract management, or delivery teams.
 * Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required., * Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating infrastructure, and network and compute architecture and lifecycle, and Linux/Unix system administration.
 * Experience with initiating and executing initiatives in a global environment
 * Track record of leading and improving Environmental Health and Safety initiatives.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Manage daily data center operations, ensuring all team priorities directly align with broader company objectives.
 * Communicate clear priorities and facilitate seamless operational hand-offs to oncoming shift leads.
 * Collaborate globally to identify, resolve, and engineer solutions for our computing and network architecture.
 * Manage internal project implementation while hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to achieve business goals.
 * Demonstrate the ability to implement and drive a strict safety culture on-site while fostering an collaborative team environment.
