Grounded in data, the Director drives cross-functional discussions and strategic initiatives that align technical execution with commercial impact About the team: Our team integrates commercial strategy with advanced technology to enhance customer satisfaction and advertising revenue across Walmart Search, P13N and Walmart Connect. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and data science teams, we lead cross-functional initiatives to improve personalized content retrieval and algorithmic ranking. We develop dynamic business controls that balance customer intent, organic relevance, and monetization in real time.
