Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: * Exposure to HR data and analytics. * Experience collaborating with HR or business teams to deliver workforce insights. * Familiarity with integrating BI tools with cloud data platforms, especially Databricks and Snowflake. ## Description As an Associate - Business Intelligence within the Employee Experience organization, you will help deliver analytics solutions that enable HR and business teams to make informed decisions. In this role, you'll contribute to the buildout of new dashboards and reporting capabilities while also playing a critical part in keeping existing BI products running smoothly-maintaining and enhancing legacy dashboards, responding to ad hoc reporting needs, and ensuring data quality and governance. You'll partner with stakeholders to translate questions into actionable insights and support the adoption of modern, cloud-based BI platforms.
