This person will lead and grow the Salesforce practice for a mature healthcare organization, driving innovation across multiple Salesforce Clouds. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, presenting to senior executives while guiding design patterns and architecture., Oversee Salesforce platform strategy and execution across Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. Lead three agile product teams (developers, QA, product managers) supporting enterprise-wide solutions. Partner with business and technology leaders to design scalable, secure, and integrated solutions leveraging MuleSoft and Tableau. Drive roadmap planning, architecture decisions, and best practices for coding and design. Manage team performance, hiring, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA) and maintain system health and security.
