 * Strong problem-solving, innovation, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

## Description

As a Senior UX Designer I, you will lead the design strategy for a business or product line, shaping user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with customer needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, use research and data to inform design decisions, and champion user-centered design practices throughout the product development lifecycle. This role also provides opportunities to mentor designers and contribute to innovation across customer-facing products and applications., * Lead design strategy for a business or product line.

 * Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and advocate for customer needs across agile teams.
 * Create processes that effectively uncover customer needs and product design opportunities.
 * Partner with UX Research to understand user needs and proactively apply insights to design decisions.
 * Manage user-centered design deliverables and contribute to product and application strategy.
 * Use analytics, customer insights, and testing results to inform design and future strategy.
 * Conduct and iterate user testing in partnership with UX Research teams.
 * Mentor junior designers and build strong working relationships with technical teams.
