## About the Role

+ An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph

 + Bachelor's degree

 + 5+ years of experience in program management, data governance, or enterprise architecture within the IC or federal government

What Would Be Nice To Have** **:

 + Master's degree in a technical or policy-related field.

 + PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.

 + CDMP, TOGAF, or other data governance/architecture credentials.

 + Familiarity with IC Capability Requirements Process (ICD 115) and IC IE Data Strategy.

 + Experience supporting ODNI or IC-wide transformation efforts.

 + Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across agencies.

## Description

+ Lead IC-wide data management programs aligned with the IC Data Strategy.

 + Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance data governance, metadata management, and data sharing across IC elements.

 + Coordinate with IC Chief Data Officers, mission owners, and technology leaders to align data initiatives with enterprise priorities.

 + Manage program milestones, budgets, and reporting in accordance with IC Capability Requirements and acquisition processes.

 + Facilitate stakeholder engagement across ODNI, DoD, and other IC agencies to ensure alignment and adoption.

 + Support workforce development initiatives to improve data literacy and promote a data-centric culture.

 + Monitor compliance with IC Directives (e.g., ICD 501, ICD 504, ICD 505) and ensure integration with the IC IT Ecosystem and Services of Common Concern (SoCC).
