Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent experience, 1. Understanding of AI/ML principles and applications 2. Experience building or scaling developer ecosystems, including creating technical enablement materials such as codelabs or integration playbooks 3. Experience with SDK development or building developer-facing tools and libraries ## Description Meta is seeking a Partner Engineer for the Wearables platform. As a member of the Wearables team, you'll help 3rd-party developers create integrations with our Wearables platforms, including Meta's smart glasses. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the quality of experiences enjoyed by AI glasses users. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between Meta and strategic partners, helping them execute their vision while providing critical feedback to internal teams to ensure the platform evolves to maximize value for both developers and end users. You are excited about the potential of wearable computing to transform how people interact with technology, and can translate that enthusiasm to support and inspire a new pipeline of developers. You have experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, and partner teams, enabling you to, collaborate cross-functionally and work side by side, 1. Inspire, educate and engage early developers on the opportunities in building for Meta's portfolio of AI glasses 2. Work directly with 3rd-party developers to develop engaging integrations for our AI glasses and wearable devices 3. Guide partners through the full technical integration lifecycle, from initial architecture review through launch and post-launch optimization 4. Develop knowledge in and integrate with 3rd-party applications and services 5. Raise the quality of integrations being developed on the platform through user research and collaboration with design teams 6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and sample code specific to Meta's wearable SDKs and APIs 7. Collect valuable product feedback and translate partner needs into clear requirements for internal product and engineering stakeholders 8. Prototype potential future features to understand their value and complexity 9.
