## Description

enterprise content systems, knowledge of security and accessibility requirements, and the ability to collaborate across CIT, BAS teams, and NIH program stakeholders. Other responsibilities will include:Work with system owners, content managers, and technical teams to design, implement, test, and validate capabilities across NIH Web AppsProvide technical direction to developers, CMS administrators, UX designers, testers, analysts, and customer support specialistsDesign and develop new code across .NET, Drupal, React, Angular, or other modern frameworks and support maintenance, operations, and enhancements for existing applicationsDevelop conceptual and technical designs using OOA and OOD techniquesReview and sign off on requirements, design, development, and testing outputs for each release cycleOversee implementation and deployment activities, including cloud-based hosting environments and FedRAMP-compliant platformsEnsure high-quality technical deliveries and submit incident reports or
