## About the Role

* BS/MS Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of experience in a similar or related role
 * Experience working in driving the planning and execution of complex software engineering projects, and new products or features to users.
 * Proven experience in Automotive, Robotics and/or AI.
 * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate on global projects across large organizations

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

 * Proven experience leading end-to-end development of ADAS, autonomous vehicles and/or machine learning
 * Experience with Jira and/or JAMA, to the point that you can comfortably guide an engineering team how to use these tools.
 * Experience with start-ups and/or early-stage products

## Description

* Leading automotive software development across multiple engineering teams related to ADAS/Autonomy features.
 * Working with the engineering leads to define product and roadmaps, develop schedules, and drive the execution and tracking of these across the organization.
 * Coordinating release content and efforts with multiple program managers and engineering managers who own individual components.
 * Establishing metrics to assess and improve product quality and execution.
 * Develop a strong technical understanding of the stack, to proactively identify and hand technical challenges, and resolving issues that affect scope, schedule and quality.
 * Regularly communicating the program status and key issues to management and multi-functional teams within the organization.
