In addition to the core responsibilities, MS&A-focused engineers may: * Develop, implement, and validate high-fidelity physical and statistical models for flight vehicles, interceptors, or spacecraft * Design, maintain, and enhance simulation environments for complex missile and space system performance evaluation * Conduct trade studies and scenario-based analysis to support engineering design and requirements verification * Analyze large datasets from simulation outputs, perform root cause analysis, and communicate findings clearly to engineering teams and management * Support Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) of simulation models; assist with configuration management of simulation tools and models * Utilize modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, STK, C++, Python, or similar; experience with missile or launch vehicle simulation environments is a plus * Collaborate closely with Systems Engineering, GNC, and Test teams to ensure alignment of simulation deliverables with broader program objectives What Does Success Look Like?
